We travel from England and originally from India. We were so excited to visit Lahore and Avari hotel stay made it so easy for us on providing information with Lovely atmosphere and very helpful staff.
Location, facilities and especially the staff was really helpful. I would like to mention Naveed, Arooba and the guy at the gym reception. In fact all the guys from reception, housekeeping, restaurant, all were really nice and helpful.
From the moment you enter the hotel to the point you leave the service is exceptional. Mr. Naveed at the reception is so kind and helpful he remembers every customer by their name which is such a personal touch. My son was unwell and they were so accommodating from medication to special dietary requirements everything was beyond my expectation.
Service and breakfast was great. The staff were very good and always at hand to help.
